Software jobs such as virus removal, a Windows reinstall or a slow-PC tune-up are usually ready the same day or within 1 to 2 working days. Hardware repairs that need parts, such as a screen or a motherboard, normally take 3 to 7 working days depending on part availability.
In many cases, yes. If the hard disk or SSD is still working we can remove it and copy your files to a new drive or an external disk. We will tell you honestly if a drive is too damaged to recover, before you spend money on it.
